- Midterms will start on Sunday, April 18, 2021, according to our Academic Calendar and will end on Thursday, April 29, 2021.
- Midterms will be conducted using the “assignment module” or “exam module (online exam)” through the Distance Education Management System.
- Face-to-face application courses will continue to be conducted between the dates of the exams.
- Courses related to midterms conducted using the assignment module are not specified in the program and are included in the Midterm Formats Table.
- For midterms conducted using the assignment module, the assignment submission process will start from April 8, 2021, and the last day for submission for elective courses and canceled courses is set for Wednesday, April 28, 2021, at 14:00, and for compulsory courses on Thursday, April 29, 2021, at 14:00.
- The exam interval is not the exam duration. Exam durations will be determined by the relevant faculty members teaching the course and will be announced to students via UZEM before the exam date. (For example, if the duration of a multiple-choice exam is 30 minutes and it starts at 08:00, and the interval for this exam is set to 4 hours, the exam module will be active between 08:00-12:00. A student must log into the system by 11:30 at the latest for this exam.)
- Although there are no midterms for the Controlled Learning II and IV courses, students are required to submit the assignments given by each faculty member teaching these courses by the end of the term.
- VEHİP intern students' exams will be conducted face-to-face in the 9th week (between April 26-30, 2021) with the exam format determined by the relevant department.
